Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system
In order to improve our service quality, we adopted a brand new "Interactive Voice Response" system starting from 22 June 2014 through which customers can inquire and obtain necessary information or documents in a speedy and effective way.
"IVR" system will greet you on phone and provide language selections:
Press (1) for Cantonese, (2) for English and (3) for Putonghua
After your language selection, then you can:

Press (3) → Listen exchange rate
Press (4) → Contact our Customer Services Executive → Press (1) Existing policy customer；Press (2) New Customer；Press (3) Group Insurance Customer
If our lines are busy or in non-office hour, please leave your message. All messages will be replied before the next working day.
To ensure our service quality, the telephone conversation will be recorded for internal reference.
