Senior Project Officer / Assistant Project manager, Life Operations
Responsibilities
-
Assist in driving digital projects
-
Assist in monitoring and executing Life Operations projects including new products/ initiatives and system enhancement
-
Collect and analyze business requirements and prepare user requirements specification (URS)
-
Develop test plan and participate/ assist end users in user acceptance testing (UAT) as and when required
-
Liaise between Life Operations and IT teams
-
Assist in project planning, resources allocation and progress monitoring
-
Prepare regular reports
-
Support on any ad hoc projects provided by management
Requirements
-
University degree in business, finance, information technology, computer science or other related disciplines
-
Experience in working on or developing mobile/ electronic application, electronic claim and/or other operations projects is highly preferred
-
Experience in gathering business requirements, developing test scenarios and performing user acceptance testing
-
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
-
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
-
Minimum of 2 year related experience in insurance and/ or banking and finance sectors

Candidates with more experience will be considered for Assistant Project Manager
