Use of the "e-Services"

To access the e-Services ("e-Services" mean the online services provided to registered users) for the first time, you are required to register online or on such other platforms as the Company may specify and indicate the acceptance of all the Terms of Use governing the use of the e-Services and to provide such information as the Company may reasonably specify from time to time.

1. By registering to use the e-Services, you warrant that all information provided by you to the Company in relation to the e-Services is true, complete and up-to-date.
2. The e-Services are for the sole and exclusive use by you.
3. You shall not use or knowingly allow any other person to use the e-Services, the information and/or the reports for or in connection with any illegal purpose or activity. You shall notify the Company as soon as practicable if you become aware of such use.

Login ID and Password of Users

1. You may change the Password at any time but any change shall be effective only if accepted by the Company.
2. Each Login ID and Password shall herein be referred to as an "Identifier" and collectively "Identifiers".
3. You agree to take appropriate measures to keep your Identifiers confidential and secure to prevent accidental or unauthorized use. To the extent that you fail to do so, you shall be fully responsible for any accidental or unauthorized disclosure of any Identifier to any other person and shall bear risks of any Identifier being used by unauthorized persons or for unauthorized purposes.
4. Upon notice or suspicion of any Identifier being disclosed to any unauthorized person or any unauthorized use of the e-Services , you shall notify the Company in person as soon as practicable or by telephone at such telephone number(s) as the Company may from time to time prescribe (and the Company may ask you to confirm in writing any details given) and, until the Company's actual receipt of such notification, you shall remain responsible for any and all use of the e-Services by unauthorized persons or for unauthorized purposes.

Instructions of Users

1. Any instruction given in connection with the e-Services by quoting the Identifiers as prescribed by the Company, once given, may not be rescinded or withdrawn without the consent of the Company. All such instructions given, as understood and acted on by the Company in good faith, shall be irrevocable and binding on you whether given by you or by any other person purporting to be you. The Company shall be under no duty to verify the identity or authority of the person giving any such instruction or the authenticity of such instruction apart from verifying the Identifiers provided or submitted.
2. Where the Company knows of or suspects a breach of security or other suspicious circumstances in respect of or in connection with the operation of one or more of the accounts of you or the e-Services generally, the Company may, in its absolute discretion and without any liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, refuse to act on or delay acting on the instruction and in that event, the Company will, to the extent possible, inform you as soon as practicable.

Licence, Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

The Company grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use this website on your device, subject to these Terms of Use. You may download information and materials contained in this website for your personal, internal and non-commercial use. You may not amend, alter, make addition to or deletion of the information and materials or use them for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to: any sale or rental or public display of the same. You agree to prevent any unauthorized copying and / or transferring of the information and materials. The Company retains the sole and absolute right, at any time, to terminate your use of the e-Services if you are in breach of the Terms of Use stated herein without notice.

Online Security

The Company highly respects online security. The Company employs industry-grade encryption technology for sensitive data transmission on the Internet. General

1. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR. You agree that the courts of Hong Kong SAR shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising in relation to this website and/or these Terms of Use.
2. We may assign and transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to another organization, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms of Use.
3. Without the Company's consent, you may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms of Use to another person.
4. If any provision or part-provision of these Terms of Use is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms of Use.
