Responsibilities
市场研究与分析：
-
主导对香港及大中华区保险行业的宏观趋势、监管政策、竞争格局、产品定位、营销策略及客户行为进行深度研究。
-
拥有优秀的商业敏感度，针对特定业务线（如寿险、财险、健康险、投资相连产品等）进行专题研究，发掘新增长点。
-
精通保险行业的核心分析框架，如：市场规模预测、竞争者标竿分析、监管政策影响评估、产品定位、营销策略、客户分群与行为研究。
-
结合国企资源，深入研究内地客户的保险需求、购买行为及对香港保险的认知，为产品本地化与跨境服务创新提供坚实依据。
数据驱动的策划：
-
整合内部业务数据、市场数据及调研数据，建立分析模型，评估市场机会、业务绩效及潜在风险。
-
基于研究与分析成果，撰写高质量的市场策略报告、商业计画书及新产品/市场/分销渠道进入可行性方案。
高阶简报与沟通：
-
制作用于向高级管理层及董事会汇报的专业级PPT简报。 内容需逻辑清晰、视觉化突出、论据充分。
-
担任内部顾问角色，向高级管理层、董事会及跨部门团队清晰传达研究发现与策略建议，推动策略落地。
跨市场协同支援：
-
协助团队理解内地市场环境，为香港团队与内地股东及业务单位的沟通协作提供策略与文化层面的支持。
-
参与设计融合两地优势的产品、服务或营销活动方案。
Requirements
-
学士或以上学历，主修商业分析、经济学、金融、市场营销、统计或相关领域。
-
拥有出色的学术研究或行业研究能力，能够独立完成从议题设定、数据收集、分析到结论撰写的全过程，精通量化与质化研究方法。
-
熟练运用数据分析工具（如 Excel 高阶功能、SQL、Python、R、SPSS 等）及数据视觉化工具（如 Tableau, Power BI）。
-
具备卓越的 PPT 制作与演示能力，能将复杂的数据和研究发现，转化为层次分明、视觉精美、具有说服力的高阶管理层简报。
-
拥有 8年或以上在管理谘询公司、金融机构策略部、保险公司市场营销/策略部门，或知名市场研究公司的相关经验。具备对中国内地市场的深入了解或实际项目经验优先。
-
中文（普通话及粤语）及英文书写及流利会话。
-
具备跨境（香港-内地）商业环境工作经验优先。
-
拥有 CFA、FRM 或相关专业资格优先。
-
优秀的专案管理与跨部门协调能力。
