Insurance Specialist Manager [Ref.: 22-006]
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers in branches to provide professional insurance solution to bank customers
- Pro-actively drive cross-selling activities based on customer needs to optimize sales opportunities and sustain relationship with customers
- Execute sales strategies and business plans to maximize bancassurance business
- Conduct sales coaching, monitor sales performance and motivate bank sales staff to attain business targets
- Build and develop relationship with banks and their sales force
- Ensure full compliance to banking policies and standards, industry rules and regulations
Requirements
- University graduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in bancassurance with sound knowledge on selling insurance products
- Independent, self-motivated, results and customer services oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and coaching skills
- Qualified individual to carry out regulated activities in insurance, preferably with qualification in FLMI and CFP
- Fluent in Putonghua is definitely an advantage
