Responsibilities
市場研究與分析：
-
主導對香港及大中華區保險行業的宏觀趨勢、監管政策、競爭格局、產品定位、營銷策略及客戶行為進行深度研究。
-
擁有優秀的商業敏感度，針對特定業務線（如壽險、財險、健康險、投資相連產品等）進行專題研究，發掘新增長點。
-
精通保險行業的核心分析框架，如：市場規模預測、競爭者標竿分析、監管政策影響評估、產品定位、營銷策略、客戶分群與行為研究。
-
結合國企資源，深入研究內地客戶的保險需求、購買行為及對香港保險的認知，為產品本地化與跨境服務創新提供堅實依據。
數據驅動的策劃：
-
整合內部業務數據、市場數據及調研數據，建立分析模型，評估市場機會、業務績效及潛在風險。
-
基於研究與分析成果，撰寫高質量的市場策略報告、商業計畫書及新產品/市場/分銷渠道進入可行性方案。
高階簡報與溝通：
-
製作用於向高級管理層及董事會匯報的專業級PPT簡報。 內容需邏輯清晰、視覺化突出、論據充分。
-
擔任內部顧問角色，向高級管理層、董事會及跨部門團隊清晰傳達研究發現與策略建議，推動策略落地。
跨市場協同支援：
-
協助團隊理解內地市場環境，為香港團隊與內地股東及業務單位的溝通協作提供策略與文化層面的支持。
-
參與設計融合兩地優勢的產品、服務或營銷活動方案。
Requirements
-
學士或以上學歷，主修商業分析、經濟學、金融、市場營銷、統計或相關領域。
-
擁有出色的學術研究或行業研究能力，能夠獨立完成從議題設定、數據收集、分析到結論撰寫的全過程，精通量化與質化研究方法。
-
熟練運用數據分析工具（如 Excel 高階功能、SQL、Python、R、SPSS 等）及數據視覺化工具（如 Tableau, Power BI）。
-
具備卓越的 PPT 製作與演示能力，能將複雜的數據和研究發現，轉化為層次分明、視覺精美、具有說服力的高階管理層簡報。
-
擁有 8年或以上在管理諮詢公司、金融機構策略部、保險公司市場營銷/策略部門，或知名市場研究公司的相關經驗。具備對中國內地市場的深入了解或實際項目經驗優先。
-
中文（普通話及粵語）及英文書寫及流利會話。
-
具備跨境（香港-內地）商業環境工作經驗優先。
-
擁有 CFA、FRM 或相關專業資格優先。
-
優秀的專案管理與跨部門協調能力。
