"Hong Kong Life 25 Years With You" Mega Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw") Terms and Conditions:

1. The Lucky Draw is organized by Hong Kong Life Insurance Limited ("Hong Kong Life"). The promotion period starts from 2 May 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2. Clients who fulfill all of the following requirements ("Eligible Clients") will be automatically enrolled in the Lucky Draw with equal opportunities, no registration is required:
   • All individual clients who hold at least one in force policy of Hong Kong Life by 31 July 2026; and
   • Relevant policy must remain in force at the time of prize redemption with no premium overdue; and
   • Client must be a policyowner aged 18 or above.
3. Each Eligible Client can only have one chance to participate in the Lucky Draw. For avoidance of doubt, even if an Eligible Client owns more than one in force policy and fulfills the requirements as stated in clause 2 above by 31 July 2026, such Eligible Client will still be entitled to one Lucky Draw chance only. Each Eligible Client can only win one prize at most in the Lucky Draw. Hong Kong Life has the sole and absolute discretion in determining the eligibility of clients with reference to the relevant clauses of these terms and conditions.
4. The prizes of the Lucky Draw ("Prizes") are as follows:

5. About the Grand Prize:
   1. The winner of the Grand Prize will receive one brand new BYD ATTO 2 Electric Car (including Motor Vehicles First Registration Tax). Hong Kong Life and the supplier will not be liable for any incidental costs incurred by the winner in any way, such as insurance premiums, Fees of Vehicle and Driving Licensing Services levied by the Hong Kong government, registration fees and other personal expenses.
   2. The product model, body color, specifications, and configurations of the Grand Prize are as specified. Hong Kong Life reserves the right to make the final decision.
   3. The Grand Prize must be claimed in Hong Kong. The winner must agree to attend the presentation ceremony at the designated date and location to collect the prize redemption letter. The winner of the Grand Prize must agree that Hong Kong Life may take photos of the winner and prize at the presentation ceremony for record-keeping and promotional purposes. All photos taken during the presentation ceremony may be used by Hong Kong Life for any promotional purposes related to this Lucky Draw. If the winner does not agree, it will result in disqualification for the prize.
   4. The winner of the Grand Prize must be holding a valid identification document. Winners must present valid identification documents to the supplier for verification when claiming the prize. For the avoidance of doubt, the supplier will not provide any alternative arrangements to the winners.
   5. The Grand Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
6. The photos of the Prizes used in this promotion are for reference only. The colour of the Prizes cannot be selected and are subject to the supplier's stock availability.
7. The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 31 August 2026. The Lucky Draw winners ("Winner(s)") will be drawn among the Eligible Clients randomly by a computer system. Result of the Lucky Draw will be announced on Hong Kong Life's website on 4 September 2026 and published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on the same day. Winners' full name and the number of relevant in force policy (the first 6 digits) will be used for the result announcement of the Lucky Draw.
8. There will be no reserved winners for this Lucky Draw.
9. By participating in the Lucky Draw, Eligible Clients understand and agree (i) the Privacy Policy Statement of Hong Kong Lifeand the Personal Information Collection Statement of Hong Kong Life; (ii) Hong Kong Life to use Eligible Clients' personal data for the communication, result announcement and prize redemption of this Lucky Draw. Hong Kong Life hereby notifies the Eligible Clients that personal information will be collected and used for the Lucky Draw's purpose, which include but not limited to the administration of the Lucky Draw, placing in the entry list of the Lucky Draw, drawing the Winners, contacting the Winners, result announcement of the Lucky Draw and identity verification of the Winners upon prize redemption, etc. Eligible Clients can cancel the enrolment or withdraw from the Lucky Draw by calling Hong Kong Life Customer Services Hotline at 2290 2882, or notify Hong Kong Life by sending an email to HKLSalesPromotion@hklife.com.hk on or before 28 Aug 2026. Under no circumstances will Hong Kong Life provide hyperlinks through the Lucky Draw to request Eligible Clients to provide any sensitive personal information, account details, passwords, or credit card information.
10. Hong Kong Life will notify the Winners about the prize redemption arrangement by mail and SMS within 15 working days after the result announcement is published. The prize notification will be mailed to the correspondence address of relevant policy of the Winners. The Winners must follow the instructions and terms and conditions as stated in the prize notification to redeem the Prizes. For any reason, if the Winners fail to redeem the Prizes within the designated redemption period and/or follow the instructions for prize redemption, they will be disqualified without further notice and their Prizes will be considered as forfeited. Hong Kong Life reserves the right to handle all forfeited Prizes in any manner deemed appropriate.
11. Hong Kong Life is not responsible for verifying the correspondence address provided by the Eligible Clients. In case of any inaccurate or incorrect information provided by the Eligible Clients which resulted in any misdelivery of the prize notification, Hong Kong Life will not re-issue the prize notification.
12. Hong Kong Life shall under no circumstances re-issue the prize notification if stolen, lost or undelivered.
13. Relevant policy of the Winners must remain in force with no premium overdue at the time of prize redemption, otherwise the Winners will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive the Prizes.
14. The Winners must present the prize notification and original copy of valid identification document for verification at prize redemption. The Winners have to sign an acknowledgement letter (if applicable) for prize redemption and record.
15. All Winners must agree the photos and videos taken during the prize redemption can be used for promotional purposes in any channels and media by Hong Kong Life for this promotion.
16. The Prizes cannot be transferred, returned, redeemed for cash or other products under all circumstances. In the event of any loss or damage, the redeemed Prizes will be not be re-issued.
17. The Prizes are supplied by the relevant suppliers and the use of the Prizes may be subject to terms and conditions stipulated by the relevant suppliers. Hong Kong Life and the Designated Appointed Licensed Insurance Agencies shall not assume any responsibility whatsoever (i) in relation to the terms and conditions and any other relevant matters relating to the Prizes, and (ii) in respect of the quality of products and services provided by the suppliers of the Prizes. Should there be any dispute or complaint or claim (if any) with regard to the Prizes, Eligible Customers shall make such demand or claim directly with the relevant suppliers.
18. Hong Kong Life has the sole and absolute discretion in, according to relevant clauses of these terms and conditions, determining the client's eligibility to receive the Prize. If Hong Kong Life discovers that any person has failed to comply with the terms and conditions or performed any illegal act, Hong Kong Life is entitled to disqualify the person from participating in the Lucky Draw and receiving the Prizes.
19. Participating in the Lucky Draw will serve as Eligible Clients' consent to understand, accept and comply with the terms and conditions imposed by Hong Kong Life for this Lucky Draw and to accept that Hong Kong Life reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions.
20. Hong Kong Life reserves the right to disqualify an Eligible Client from participating in the Lucky Draw if he/she does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, tampers with the Lucky Draw, engages in abusive, deceit and/or fraudulent behavior in relation to the Lucky Draw or makes false representations or statements or violates applicable laws or regulations. If an Eligible Client is disqualified, the prize may be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.
21. Hong Kong Life shall not be liable for or assume any legal responsibility for any damages, losses, claims, costs or proceedings incurred or suffered by the Eligible Clients as a result of participating in the Lucky Draw.
22. Unless otherwise stated, clients participating in the Lucky Draw can also enjoy other client promotion incentives of Hong Kong Life (if applicable).
23. Clients should refer to the Product Section of Hong Kong Life website, the policy, proposal, product leaflet and any other relevant documents of Hong Kong Life's insurance plans for relevant product information, contents, terms and conditions. This promotional material describes the details of the Lucky Draw only; it does not cover any coverage, exclusions, risk disclosure, contents, terms and conditions of the insurance plan(s). Clients should read, fully understand and accept the coverage, exclusions, risk disclosure, contents, terms and conditions of the policies and proposals before applying for any insurance plan(s).
24. This Lucky Draw and its relevant terms and conditions are applicable within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only and governed by the law of Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
25. If there is any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
26. Hong Kong Life reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.

Dispute on Selling Process and Product

Chong Hing Bank Limited, OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited and Shanghai Commercial Bank Limited are the appointed licensed insurance agencies of Hong Kong Life (collectively the "Appointed Licensed Insurance Agencies"), and the life insurance product is a product of Hong Kong Life but not the Appointed Licensed Insurance Agencies. In respect of an eligible dispute (as defined in the Terms of Reference for the Financial Dispute Resolution Centre in relation to the Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme) arising between the Appointed Licensed Insurance Agencies and the customer out of the selling process or processing of the related transaction, Appointed Licensed Insurance Agency is required to enter into a Financial Dispute Resolution Scheme process with the customer; however any dispute over the contractual terms of the life insurance product should be resolved between Hong Kong Life and the customer directly.
